BUSINESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

If goods are in stock, they are dispatched on the second business day following the crediting of payment for the goods, at the latest. In the case of a cash on delivery payment, shipments are dispatched on the second business day after ordering, at the latest. If the goods are not in stock, the customer is notified and the supply of goods is agreed individually.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Payment can be carried out by a bank transfer to our account or by cash on delivery.

TRANSPORT

We send goods by mail or through a forwarding service, as required by the customer. We guarantee transport free of charge for the customers when ordering goods in a total price exceeding the sum of € 1500. We do not charge a packing fee.

GUARANTEE AND SERVICE

If you receive a damaged shipment, please give a description of the defect, justifying the refusal to accept the shipment in the handover report so can request compensation for damage from the forwarder! We will settle your justified complaint in turn.
