COMPLAINT RULES

A lawful guarantee period will apply to each item of merchandise. This guarantee applies to all obvious and hidden defects of the goods that are not compatible with their functionality or their useful and aesthetic properties. For goods where this is required, the seller will write a guarantee letter that will be received by the buyer together with the goods. For other goods, the buyer proves the origin of the goods through an invoice (delivery note). The buyer is obliged to keep these documents for the goods for this purpose for the guarantee period.

The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods without undue delay after accepting them. The acceptance of goods is understood as the handover of the goods by the forwarder (UPS, DHL , mail, etc.) to the buyer..

The buyer is obliged to notify the seller of all defects detected by the buyer or that could be detected when applying due care immediately after completing inspection of the delivered goods.

If differences are ascertained as to the quantity or type of goods with respect to the data in the invoice or delivery note, it is necessary to notify the seller of these facts within three business days after the acceptance of these goods.

The buyer must report any detected defects to the seller in writing, to the address of the seller. The buyer should describe the detected defects (characterization, how they are displayed) and state the claim that the buyer is exercising as a result of the defect in the notification.

The buyer may exercise the following claims as a result of a defect of goods: Delivery of the missing goods, a proportionate discount from the purchase price, cancellation of the contract.

In case of a complaint, it is necessary to submit an invoice (delivery note), a receipt of payment and delivery of goods and the claimed goods themselves, in all cases.

In case of a complaint with respect to defects of the goods for which the seller has accepted a guarantee from the manufacturer, these defects should be claimed by the end of the guarantee period, at the latest.

The seller is obliged to settle a complaint within a legal period of 30 days. The legal period starts to run on the date of delivery of the complaint to the seller. The customer bears the costs for the sending (transport) of the claimed goods.
